winchester supreme ballistic silvertips???

I was wondering if anyone has used the factory winchester supreme ballistic silvertips? Are they good or bad any input/experiences would be nice.

I bought a box when I originally got my 30-06. They shoot well, but for $40 a box, I decided to pass on them.

Im not a big fan of silvertips....

They are some hot load, won't group in my gun at all.
I wouldn't try these in a old model 100 winchester or 740 Remington

Why not use the plain silver tips, not too hot and group well for me.

They shot extraordinarily well in my .308 stevens 200.

I've shot some 50 and 55 grain 223 ballistic silvertips in my savage varmint series. Even though I'm a noob and my rifle isn't bedded yet it's not too hard to shoot 5 shot groups under an inch at 100 m.

They shoot good in my Sako 243 in 55 & 95gr, but now I reload the same bullet. Now I just got to get to the range for testing.

If using in a larger caliber for Big Game, Iwill suggest the Winchester Supreme Accubonds over the SBT.

I use them in my Ruger 308 with great results. They hit deer hard in long or short shots. Cost me around $28 a box.
