Winchester Wilcat = TOZ-78 ?

I just saw a picture of one in a U.S. gun rag and it looks suspiciously like my beloved TOZ-78 ... Any idea if they are indeed the same thing ? Did they ypgrade the mags from plastic to metal ? Any idea if one could get spare parts ? I wouldn't mind having a couple of extra firing pins, springs etc...

Remington's version of the TOZ 78. Same mags. Worse sights imho.
