winchester wildcat .22lr ammo $48 for 500???

Massive rip off for possibly the worst .22lr ever made !!!! I've got a 10/22 that fires anything and I still wouldn't fire that crud out of it , do yourself a kindness and get a fedral value pack for 24-25 $ for 500 rounds , you won't regret it !

That is robbery. I bought 6000 rounds of the stuff at $9.99 per 500. Few years ago, but $50 a brick is just not right.

Problem isnt the price, its finding 22...at all. I just bought some target/match 22 for giant money.....just not plinking/mag dump stuff.

I found a 500rnd brick at at my little local sporting shop but at $48+tx i had to pass.
Is he marking it up huge or is this stuff normally that much. shop owner says he has bricks coming in next week, doubt that by the dust on the box i saw.

Last Christmas cabelas had 500 round boxes of wildcats on sale for $11.99 so $48 seems insane
