I tried a few boxes of this yesterday since it's the cheapest .22lr available around here ($2.19/box.) It cycled flawlessly in my Ruger MkIII and seemed as accurate as the standard velocity types I usually use (which may be as much a comment on my shooting as the ammo!) The only minor drawback is that it's the dirtiest ammo I've yet tried. After 120 rounds the muzzle was black. But otherwise, no problems.

I'm curious about other peoples' experience with this ammo in pistols.

Yeah I've fired plenty of that ammo in my 22/45 MK II. At the least accurate enough for my intermediate shooting skill level. Works ok; I don't remember in detail about jam rate but I don't think it was any worse than the 1 in 100 jam rate I usually get with this pistol. :D It is pretty dirty though, I guess using copper plated bullets is better for your health since there's no lead smoke cloud produced.
