Winchester Wildcat Target/Varmint

I was out shooting my new (second time shooting) Wildcat Varmint/target.

I adjusted the trigger fairly light but it still has a different feel than most of my other rifles. It has a long military style first stage pull, then a let off that I woulndn't describe as crisp. However, as I got used to it I found it to shoot pretty well. At 50 yards with Remington Target ammo all 5 shot groups were about an inch, and there was some wind.

But what I noticed is that when I let off a shot that I felt I had done everything right on, the bullet hole was exactly to point of aim. I'm confident that as I get more used to this rifle it will be a terrific shooter.

Bought one for my Girlfriend this spring, we have had it out 3 or 4 times and it is a tack driver, first day at the range got it sighted in at 50 yard and shot a 10 shot group, one big hole all cuttin. Very impressed for the $$.
