I would not hold your breath on one. In the new SIR (Cabela) catalog, they are NOT shown or listed. SIR listed them last year, but none seem to have shown up yet.
These rifles are made in Russia. There seems to be a problem with production, as even the standard models were advertised about 8 months before SIR got them. (They had orders for about 80 and only about 30 came in. They have been receiving them only a few at a time.)
My hunting partner put a down payment on a Wildcat target model over a year ago. He finally said enough, got his money back, and bought a Savage Mark II BTVS.
