Windage/elevation screw sizes on dominion arms grizzly ghost ring sights????

I want to change out the stock adjustment screws on my DA Grizzly because they are soft metal and deform easily with even careful use.

I want to replace them with steel hex socket type screws.

I know the screw sizes are metric. Can anyone tell me the exact size and correct nomenclature type of each of the 3 adjustment screws for these sights, AND, where I might be able to source steel hex socket replacements?
