Wingmaster Bluing question

I recently lucked out and found a NIB 870 Wingmaster LW in 28ga from 1985. Looks like it has been stored in the box and the bluing has become quite brown in colour. I’ve managed to remove much of this patina with G96 but I’m just curious if there is anything else I could be doing. The bluing look pretty good but it is a little mottled, I don’t think I’ll be able to get it back to the shiny deep bluing it was, any thoughts or suggestions?

Try rubbing it with Hoppes # 9 solvent and 0000 steel wool... it will not harm bluing..
