WinMSS update problem

I think I did the unspeakable.

I upgraded to the last version of WinMSS without backing up my competitors and matches, Now when I open the program, it does not show any previous info.

Am I pouched :bangHead:
 
Stand by to see if Eugene has any ideas, but in the event he doesn't, the silver lining could be that it's a good time to switch to practiciscore!
 
Sean, unfortunately I can't suggest anything.

Last couple years we have been importing match registrations from Ontario match system. It also imports the current members database and support export to PractiScore.

BTW, last I've heard from Ontario SC, is that NS and NB sections are welcome to use our match and members managing system...

Maybe you could copy your old winmss files into the data directory and see if that fixes the problem.

Yes, I just installed the new WinMSS version. Once you do, you'll notice it creates a subdirectory called "data". (Mine for example, is in C:\Program Files (x86)\WinMSS\data). Copy your old "WinMSS.mdb" and "WinMss.mdw" into the data directory and you should have your databases restored.
