Winnipeg .22 repair

Hello all.

I have a Russian TOZ-99 semi-auto .22 rifle that is missing its ejector spring. I'm looking for a gunsmith in Winnipeg who would be able to fit a generic ejector spring to my rifle as I don't believe replacement parts are available.

I'm from outside Winnipeg and will be making a day trip to the city this Friday Mar. 7. Any suggestions?
