Where do you get your game processed, cut, packaged in or near Winnipeg?

We process our own but Tederloin Meats makes great sausage. The butcher shop in Dugald is good I hear. There is another good one in Starbuck.

I've also heard a lot of good things about Tenderloin Meats.

I’ve had some sausage made in Starbuck and was very pleased. As for processing meat, I do my own. I’ve never liked it when I brought my meat to a butcher. For some reason I always found they didn’t do a good job...

Sorry...I should be more specific. Looking to get sausage, pepperoni, and jerky done up (venison)...cuts/roasts/steaks I'll do myself. Thanks.

You can try Denny's or Miller's meats, I have used both to process deer in the past and Denny's made some great sausages.

tenderloin does great sausage... he can't make it exactly like their coarse garlic coil's, but it is really good!
