Winnipeg Gunsmith

I have a Tokarev handgun that needs to be checked out; is there any Winnipeg(area) gunsmith or anyone who has the experience and tooling necessary to deal with this? The handgun might have firing pin problems.

It is one of the "training" ones from Eastern Europe, with a clipped firing pin.
Plus it does not eject the round. So I am thinking it may not be made to fire or it needs some changes to do so.
