I rub my powder dispenser reservoir and funnels with a dryer sheet. Works best kind. No issues with powder sticking to it... not even the fine grain stuff like H110.

Box of Bounce is on my reloading bench, wipe everything down with a sheet and no static problems.

LIke others have said, bounce sheet cured all my static problems. In the winter is gets really dry and statics builds up a lot, I will likely ground my equipement as well when the time comes around.

Actually, that's also kind of normal on a new kit. When all the plastic parts are new and raw, powder sticks to them real easy.
After you've used the setup a while, it'll "break in", which means to say, the graphite in the powder will build up and coat the system in such a way that stuff stops sticking and moves smoothly.

Same thing happened to me when I first got into reloading years ago, after a bit of use it resolved itself, and it pretty much never happens to me anymore.

With plastic items, i.e. funnels, dippers, you can wash in soapy water, and air dry without wiping. I thin this was in the Lee dipper instructions. Works for me.
