I recently broke the primer catcher on my RockChucker (totally my fault). Contacted RCBS and they shipped one free of charge no questions asked. This is not a knock on other brands. They all do what they're intended to do, but it's nice to know when something does go wrong a company stands behind their products. In short, RCBS customer service rocks! I figure this may help a new reloader decide whether or not to buy RCBS.

Your right, RCBS has awesome customer service. Allot of times it is hard to find that these days.

The rest of the manufacturing world has a great deal to learn about customer service from the reloading stuff manufacturers. RCBS has always just shipped new parts. Called them, 30 years ago, to ask where I could get a decapping pin in Canada after busting one. They asked for my address and sent a whole package.

Yep, not an isolated experience.
Had similar service from them.
Customer service seems to be the creedo of RCBS.
Now if we could just get a few more places to adopt that attitude.

About 2 years ago I broke the lever pin on my RS3, that I bought in 1986. They asked me my address and sent me one FREE!!! That is customer service, believe you I know you wouldn't get it out of Lyman, they won't even answer your letters!
