Hi
I looked at a new WK180C today at a national outdoor store.
The bolt face had brass on the bolt face and a ring around the firing pin hole.
I have been involved in shooting sports for 45+ years.
I know what a fired bolt face looks like and this bolt has been fired.
The gun may not have been fired but the bolt may have been used in another gun.
Your opinion would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Al
one has me puzzled.

Many of my new guns have come with a spent case included in the packaging.

I've always assumed it's to show the buyer that the gun has been test fired.

Test firing is a common practice. In many nations every single fire sold must go to a proof house to save a series of proof rounds fired through them.

If you are concerned about the level of brass present email KD with good quality pictures and a clear explanation.
