Wk 180 gen 2 or Type 81?

Type 81 is military, rugged weapon of war that goes boom every time you pull the trigger. The Wk is a gun you buy for range fun since you can't have an AR. It will go boom, till it doesn't. No comparison on reliability, T81 wins hands down. Wait for the third import of the T81 and you should pay around $1500. Get a WK only to fart around with after you have something that will last forever like a T81. Wk can be had for $1399.
 
Welcome to CGN. The wk is a utility rifle. It was made as a farmers all around rifle. Both are similar in price. The wk is forward heavy and the t81 is a bull pup rifle that has a center balance. Both great its just personal preference.

I think you are thinking of the Type 97, the T81 is the AK lookin' one.
 
T81 is battletested, reliable and scratch your AK itch. But mag is 5. I have one and totally luv it.
WK180 is, well, decently reliable at rigth conditions but I personally witness WK180 with pistol spring compleletly Trudeaued inside the handguard so I would not personally trust wk180, I owned one before but was having FTF issues
 
I have both and I do like both but if i had to choose only one it would be the type 81 unless i had a dozen or so gas piston rods and charging handles as spare parts for the wk 180!
