Who retails Wolf .22 LR in Western Canada

No one that I know of. Order SK Standard Plus (same ammo) from Hirsch Precision.

Wolf MT, Std+ and the old Lapua Super Club are one in the same, no?

I think Wolf and SK are the same thing -- just different box. I believe it is only packaged with the Wolf box for the US market. And yes also probably same as the older Lapa Super Club. I think it all came off the same machines.
