Wolf Match Target

I haven't been able to find Wolf Match ammo in Canada.
Did you order yours through the US?

The Lapua super club is suposed to be almost the same. I have 2 bricks of that and my stock K10/22t will also do 5 round one hole groups at 25 yards. Providing I do my part. Also the size of the hole is larger than a single shot would be. But still pretty decent.

I`ll see what my dealer friends supply is like. He also has the next step up from the Match Target but dam expensive. I guess with the groups I`m getting now there`s not much need spending more. ;)

My local gunstore orders the Lapua rimfire ammo for me. They have a list of all the grades. The Super club was the best accuaracy for the money. After that the price went up substantially to the point of diminishing returns. Almost double for the top of the line. I paid $54 for a brick of the SuperClub. My 10/22 definately loves it.

I noticed my point of impact was different from the regular ammo I was using. Once I made the scope adjustments it was dead on. Very impressive ammo. Just goest to show you that the ammo also plays a huge part in the accuracy game. Not just the rifle.

22's being the fickle things they are, will show a preference for not only one make of ammo, but even specific lot numbers within that make. I have a lot# of Lapua Super CLub that my 541's and my Finnfire just love. Matter of fact, I shot my best ever 5-shot, 50 meter group with it the other morning (very calm, great conditions) This group measures a mere .090" c to c!! I also have a lot# of RWS Rifle Match that shoots very similarly, but is pricey. Nevertheless, when I find a lot number that shoots well, I will buy up a case or more to assure that I have accurate ammo available without the big "search" again. Regards, Eagleye.
