Rohann.....it wasn't all that many years ago when the wolf limit was 10 in BC.
But to appease the Paul Watson and the Green Peacers the wildlife branch had to make it look like they were managing wolves.....not urging you to shoot as many as you could.

I've seen more wolves in the last 5 years than I have in the previous 15. Their population seems to be very healthy in BC.

Nope, nope, nope . Last year the Ministry in it's immense wisdom proclaimed that henceforth thou shalt only smite TWO wolves per annum and shalt render unto Caesar pieces of silver to pay for the privilege .

I shot it out the front window of my house with a .22 mag. Shot it in the head and it dropped in it's tracks. I am allowed one more. I use to shoot more until the MNR educated me on how precious these critters really are.

It's a Blk & Tan gyp--prolly the best bear dog I have ever owned--and I've owned more than a few of them.

yeah last time i checked the fur prices in a Fur Fish Game they whrer going for $350-$450 US!!!
