Wolf Primers - Canadian Dealers????

Is anyone aware of any Canadian dealer that sells Wolf Primers?

I bought some from doug and they were duds I soaked 900 of them in oil to dispose of them. ( I got 80% misfires or hangdfires) I think there are storage issues with dougs components, his bullets are always very dull as if stored in a high humidity environment. His prices are very good but I think I will avoid buying primers from him in the future.

Yes, the ones I bought at a show once looked water logged. I was told they came from a flooded store in the US, along with a lot of other items.
