I have to agree. I was tracking my order today online and it showed an anticipated delivery of Monday and it arrived this morning. Just in time for some weekend fun!!
 
Nice to hear a feel good story. Ive been meaning to post a little note similar about Prophet River... had an issue with an o/u, the owner (or main dude) took care of me from start to finish, very quickly and well. Not often you get GREAT customer service these days.
 
Same here !! Much more pleasant to deal with Ryan than most of Quebec's stores. They have a great selction of items at fair prices and On top of it I save 10% taxes, no temporary transport permit needed and delivered straight to my home.... Can you ask for more ?
 
Wanted to bump this thread. While being up to their ears in work it felt like the busy sales rep stopped what he was doing just to cheerfully answer questions then helped with a big purchase.
Looking forward to dealing with them again.
