So I just purchased a BC Miroku 12 gauge 2 3/4 o/u it is a charles daly in good condition, normal wear and no rust. From what I read it is a full and modified choke auto ejectors. Just wondering what they are worth and would they ever go up in value? I just use it for pheasants so wont be shooting steel out of it. I did read some old posts on them.

Solid guns, essentially the Citori. There were different versions - hammer springs changed, etc. Yours looks to be a trap model.

Value, won't be great as the finish is worn substantially. But will be a great (but heavy) field gun.

They are nice shotguns. I sold one about a year ago that the wood was in much nicer condition. I tried selling it on here for $575.00 with no takers. I ended up selling it locally for $500.00.

Mirokus are great guns, but they are sleepers. In other words, a 12 ga. in that condition and configuration would fetch between $400-$500, but you get the quality of a gun worth three times that. You can pay more than that for a used gun from Tradex and end up way worse off. When dealing a Miroku, its the buyer not the seller, who wins. 20 gauges fetch more than 12 gauges. If your guns fits you, enjoy it and knock down those pheasants!
