Wondering about quality

Hello, I am looking at doing a AR 15 build and have been looking around for stripped lowers. I was wondering if anyone who uses Motiuk's lowers could let me know what the quality is like.. What I have read so far is very positive. Any feed back would be great.
 
I have one of their MOD1 rifles coming soon (waiting on Ontario CFOs rubber stamp). This will be my first AR but once it arrives I'd be happy to answer any questions about it.
 
I have one of the early ones (upper and Lower) that was engraved to my specs....excellent product, great finish, had a tiny bit of play in upper and lower but a acuwedge took it right out. Never had an issue, and my DD lpk fit superbly.
