I have made quite a few from wood from Windsor Plywood, every time I am in the area I search their pile for nice wood. This is a ballard 38-55 built from a piece from Windsor Plywood. Here is a couple of blanks I cut out of a left over piece from a real blank but the grain is wrong in the rist so it hasto go on a small caliber. There are going on #2 Remington Rolling blocks in 32-20.
