Wood stock care

Keep it clean and dry. Any product made for fine furniture will work well on firearm stocks. Murphy's Oil Soap is one of 'em.
 
If it's a proper oil finish then once a year it should be wiped down with a thin coat of the same style oil finish. It takes very little so make it look lovely again. Wipe it on so it's shiny then buff the excess off. That's all.

Mind you I'm pretty sure a Franchi will have a varnish or two part clear coat. So any sort of furniture wax or even Pledge or similar is fine.
