Looking at the punches, I would say, an RCBS, Classic Cast or other compound leverage reloading press.
I use some BT_Sniper tools and they are first class.

That's correct Mike. I just received my Lee Classic cast press in the mail yesterday too! I have a RCBS RCII I've been using with my .429" dies, but it's just not quite as strong as the Lee Classic cast so I searched until I found one. Had to get it out of the States though as no one I could find in Canada has one, only the breech lock version which is not strong enough to swage with. Don't want to wreck the ram on my RCBS, even though they will apparently warranty it.

The longer you wait, the more it will cost you. They went up $100 a set in January. I was fortunate that I started the process of buying 2 days before he put the prices up so I got mine for 2013 pricing.
