:) I'm a happy guy today!!! :sniper::sniper:

Test was simple. I put way too much time into preparing. The questions were real easy, so was the practical.

A fair fight is the result of poor preparation! Congrats on the pass, but I guarantee there's no such thing as being over prepared, especially when it comes to firearms. Now you get to look forward to the wait for the actual cards in the mail, I hope you're prepared for that part, it's way harder than any course ever could be. Get ready to drain your bank account and max the credit cards, my last trip to the store for some honing oil for knives cost me over $500.

congrats on the test. me and my brother did the tests rather easily. A lot of it is JUST common sense. Start taking a look around and don't be afriad to ask questions even if it seems silly, we won't ride you too hard :D

Monkey: Were you in my class (Burlington?)

I also passed mine today (98% written, 100% practical -- Misidentified a rim-fire cartridge on the written. Eye said "rimfire", brain said "rimfire" hand checked "centre-fire"). Don't think I could have done so well without all the practice I had in class though.

R-PAL test Tuesday night...

Curtmg: you are right, thx for the advice. Yea looks like it will cost a bit in the starting. Its all about the TOYS!! :)

Took the test in Toronto.

you didn't put to much time into preparing. I did very well on my CORE and PAL, but I had good time to read, study and quiz between my brother and I. I read through the RPAL manual a few times and quizzed a day or two and while I did fine on the practical, I answered several obvious questions wrong on the written, because I didn't study as well.

congratulations tho, it is a good feeling! :D
