Is it hard to change the magazine tube on a BPS to a shorter one. I have a receiver and a barrel that won't go together properly. Either the barrel has the ring in the wrong spot or the magazine tube is too long. Either way the locking nut on the end of the mag tube won't hold the barrel in place.

If you look carefully you will notice a notch in the foreend, the pump should be out about a quarter of the way this notch will line up and the barrel will slip right on, it takes a bit of getting used to.
