I'm looking for a gunsmith who can shorten the stock and install a new recoil pad on my 1895 Guide Gun. I realize a lot of gunsmiths do this work but I want a professional job. A nice clean cut, no splinters, square, etc. I would also like the trigger and action parts honed to smooth things up. Who would be recommended. I live in NS but don't mind sending this gun any where in Canada. I always used US smiths in the past but that is getting to difficult. Also, a lot of the better gunsmiths don't want to bother with recoil pads, scope mounting, etc.
