Congratulations Shawn.

Glad to see there was a team Canada and would be interested in a report on the shoot. The the good , the bad and everything in between.

I am in the middle of nowhere in the Poitou-Charentes area of France. Most Quebequers comme from this area, BTW. I leave for COgnac tomorrow early AM and then off to Italy's Adriatic coast. I will try to have my pictures of the shoot posted in my website in the next 10 days. I will write something up in my spare time and if the internet connections permit it.

Lat week at the hotel in Arras, I was limited to 200 Meg per day. Using a 21 megapixel camera, that is not many pictures to be able to upload!

Last week Tuesday, I had Domaine du Clos St Lambert open for a few of us. Google it for the website. It has some 800 hectares bordering on a national forest. They raise 25K ducks to shoot besides red legs and pheasants. We same several different types of deer. They have 10 FITASC parcours with great targets! The membership is only 85. The service, the gunshop, the people, the facilities are to be envied by any Canadian shooter!

Time for the "apero" and then supper.

Regards,
Henry;)

Sorry for all the spelling etc mistakes. It was a pain to use the internet in France. I even got hacked in Marne La Vallé while using the "free" wifi. It was not very secure! There will be a full report in ClayshootingUSA next issue which is going to the printers this week. I will have a few pictures of the shoot in my website later this week once I get Microsoft to properly help with the upgrade from Vista to Windows 7!

We are off to the Lobster at Addieville RI, this weekend. Plenty of Canadians will be there with a large group from Quebec! It is one of the BEST shoots in the Northeast.

BTW, who is going to the REAL Canadian Nationals at Galt???

Regards,
Henry;)
