The registration for the World FITASC Sporting in Piancardato Italy has been open since Saturday. You have to be a member of CNSCA to attend! The range is in Umbria just South of Perugia. It is much more undulated compered to Laterina. It is a short drive to Tuscany! The target setter is Veniero Spada who set Laterina. I have shot his Euro, Italian and World Sporting and Compak targets. WOW! Innovative and interesting. Your best bet is to fly into Florence and not Rome except for the Toronto guys that have direct flights to Rome.

How did ya do Henry? Did ya compete? Did ya have some Cocktails?

When was the last time you cleaned your 391? Must be 200,000 rounds by now.

Some people are just so incapable of being civil and are jealous of people who travel, have friends from all over the world, have great relationship with numerous gunmakers and top shooters of many countries.
You need to get off the internet and get a real life! What have you achieved?

I have shot St Lambert. They opened for us on the Monday that they were closed. Very nice people compared to Orville where I shot 3 years in a row. I might do Hungary again for the Euro Compak. It is a lovely facility and a short drive from Budapest. I like the Euro Sporting, I was in Hungary this year for it. The atmosphere is very Euro. There is a great restaurant not far from St Lambert. We had day fresh oysters! It all depends on how our rotten economy does for me. I am booked with some friends for the World in Cità dela Pieve. Last year, I was lucky and managed two trips to Europe, including visits to Beretta, Peruginni & Visini and Renato Gamba including a lunch with Enrico and a very long interview with Renato, a brilliant man!

Do you ever have time to shoot in Canada. Sounds like alot of fun. I head to Phoenix for copper state open soon which should be fun but nothing compared to europe im sure.

It looks like Hungary hosts the Worlds in 2017.

Yes, Hungary in 2017. I shot the Europe there this year. It is a large game and forest management concern. We saw boar running through some stages and stags near some others. You need to get a "vignette" for your car. It does not come with your rental. You get it at any large gas station. It is entirely electronic. They scan your plate number as you drive on the highway. BTW, lunch at the range which was three pieces of sausage, sauerkraut and fries plus 500Ml (pint) of beer, cost = $6!
Anyone needing info for the World in Umbria or Hungary, PM me for hotel, range info etc...
BTW, it is not what is your score, it is about how much fun you have with people from around the world! Squad members, international shooters, manufacturers, officials, locals....
