Anyone want to help me out with a reasonable asking price for these 2 firearms? These are not mine, this is not an ad, I am just clueless about hunting firearms so any help would be much appreciated.

First: JP Sauer and Sohn Model 3000 12/12 over 30-06 standard model with Zeiss Diatal-Z 6x42 T*. Extremely good condition, one safe kiss on the stock. Never hunted and only sighted in. Made in West Germany.

Yea, he was going to take it down to the RCMP to get chopped up but I thought I might get a hundred bucks or so for it on here :p

The Sauer Drilling / scope is worth in the neighbourhood of + / - $3000. Good solid guns, built to last. I own a pre-WWII Sauer drilling and it is still going strong. A new one would be closer to $6000 but they are not in big demand in Canada, and of course yours is not new. The nice condition and the 30-06 chambering is a plus for a lot of Canadians. Most of them were made for rimmed metric cartridges. While actually most knowledgeable drilling fans would only consider buying one in a rimmed cartridge because rimless cases like the 30-06 are a little more difficult to load/unload and the extractor is more "finicky", some would disagree and there is certainly a market for these guns.

The Winchester is worth about $1200 in my opinion. But not a well researched opinion! Nice rifle, good shape, good cartridge and good scope. It should move easy. To confirm my suggestion, just look up the price of new ones, and price at about 75% of new since it is used.
Good Luck!
