Worth of Win 64 30WCF

Nice Try. Checking on Gunsamerica and Gunbroker, rifles in worst condition are ranging for 800$ US.

This could be true, but the American and Canadian markets are very differerent. You won't get near as much for some guns here as you would in the US. But then again I haven't got a clue what it's worth, don't take my oppinion as gospel.

The seller will probably be at the Ancaster gun show tomorrow - always is.
Want to buy it?

I didn't check it over that closely but the dealer usually only has nice guns - no junk.

 Those are adds for guns for sale in a totally diff market, besides those are not sold guns!
I picked up an almost perfect 1954 model 64 in 32s a few years ago for $400.
They are nice guns :) as a matter of fact they are the only 94 type Wins I like! but the one you describe is the most common plain jane worth $350-$500 cdn depending on the amount of blueing.

Yep, $395.
Looks good. Blueing worn on the sharp edges.
Has been apart, screw heads have some burrs but not totally buggered.
Dealer says it is 1954.
One funny thing, the hammer is a first series - has the little sharp point on the checkering.
Had another one of the dealers I'm friendly with take a look, he seemed to think it was an OK gun.
Got a phone number, I'm going to give him a call next pay day.
That's two gun shows that I know of, that that gun has sat through without being sold, so it can't be that good of a deal.

Course as we all know the "worth" of a rifle is really what we are willing to pay for it. If you've always wanted a M64 and this one is in excellent shape it's then worth what you are willing to pay... ;)
