Worth Restoring?

I just picked up a Fazakerley UF55 No4 MkII serial # A294xx with intentions of restoration. Bore looks great, some rust on outside. Didn't notice at first but took it home only to find "surrey" stamped on top of barrel. Restoration opinions anyone?

The "Surrey" mark indicates it was sported by Surrey. Quite a few companies did that when they were sold out of service. If they left the barrel full length then I would say yes, it's good for a restore.
