Worthwhile collecting brass?

Hey all,

I am not into reloading, but I still make it a point to collect all of my brass at the range. I am wondering if it is worth it for me to continue doing that, even though I have no interest in reloading?

Currently I just keep the brass in boxes on my shelves, 45ACP &. 223.

Give it away.

If you have space for it, keep it all. I keep tons of brass and have not started re-loading yet but when I do at least I have the brass. If you live in a condo somewhere then give it away but I have a big workshop with pails of brass...

At our range there is a box for collecting brass from those who do not reload.
The sign on the box states to please take only what you reload for and leave the rest.
It works very well.

Its worth .04$-.06$ a piece depending on caliber.

45 auto would be a bargain at 10cents ea. some dealers are asking crazy prices for once fired.

Buy large primer ammo, not the small primer or NT stuff. It's worth a bit more

45 ACP (if in good condition) will easily fetch 9 to 12 cents each.
