Would an AG 42 bayonet fit a Hakim?

I have heard that the Hakim bayonets will fit the AG42, but will they fit the hakim?

The AG42 bayonet is the same as for the M96 and M38. I'll try it when I get home and report back.

Hakim Bayonet

There is no interchange on the Hakim and M42B bayonets.

They are easily identified, although similar.

The M42B / 96 / 38 bayonet had a steel knurled handle.

The Hakim bayonet has a wooden handle.

Like Tristanium said the muzzlebreak diameter is too big on the Hakim.
The Hakim bayonet will fit the Swede M38s & 96s, only if the cleaning rod is removed.
