Those look like the Feather AT-9, which is prohibited by name in OIC #11.

I think you will find they are considered "a version of" and will be prohibited.

Who knows though? Perhaps they are sufficiently different in design not to be. It can be a very gray area.

why ask a bunch of armchair laywers

call the cfc ask them if they dont know ask to speek to the rcmp tec's they will probably tell you to send them one for testing...at YOUR cost and there is a 99.9% chance you will NEVER get it back

does it say ANTWHERE that its based on or a variant/modifyied version of somthing thats prohib?

if it does it is prohib
 
Prohib. So is the Feather AT22 (I think that's the name). I really wanted one but "oh no" it's on the CFC $hit list.
