Would these two sights be compatible?

Hi guys,

Looking at a better set of back up sights. Wondering if a front Magpul Pro BUS would work with a rear Midwest Industries ERS? I'm not that familiar with the different heights and such with back up sights.

I know the Pro BUS is shorter in height and won't work with the ERS.

What about with an OEM Tavor front sight? Would that work with the ERS?

I think the Tavor back up sight are standard AR height sights, so they should work.
