Would this be corrosive?

And how can I tell?
Picked up a few hundred rounds of this a while back and was going to blast off some today, but knew I wasn't going to have time for a good cleaning afterward so I thought it best to inquire here.
Anybody seen this before?

I don't believe that late '70's Santa Barbara production will be corrosive.

No, it should not be corrosive.

Non corrosive, I have shot 7 cases of this stuff over the years and it's good ammo. Never had a dud and it's not bad accuracy wise.

No, the only common corosive 7.62x51 from that era is Czech. You are good to go.

The Czech ammo CanAm speaks of has either a red ring around the primer, or the primer is entirely black.
At one time, I had close to 5000 rounds. Now I am down to ~1500. Obviously, I should have bought more, at $100 Can. per 1000.

I've got a pile of SB '73 - red primer ring and pale blue box - and I've always asumed it was corrosive...maybe I've neen wrong?
