Yes but only if we had a supplier of resonably priced ammo both FMJ and hunting ammo for each. Being forced to reload or pay 2 bucks a round just doesn't cut it for me. If we don't have a ammo supplier we then I would just prefer that 308 swiss arms rifle.

SAPR would probably be around 5k$. I'd rather have a classic green in 6.5 for 3k than a SAPR in 308 for 5k

That said, I would also be interested in a 6.5 Grendel AR-15 upper as long as there was a decent supply of FMJ ammunition. Either a 20" or 16" mid-length gas system. Actually, I'd be more inclined to buy the AR-15 platform because I already have a lower and it'd be cheaper.
