Would you shoot "OOO" buck from this shotgun?

I have just acquired a Citrori Uplander chambered for 12 ga 2 3/4"
It points up beautifully and I'm looking forward to grouse season in the thickets. If I should be lucky enough to bump a nice buck out of its bed at very close range, would a round or 2 of triple O through the improved cylinder hurt it at all?
