We do not operate or maintain a "Retail Storefront". This eliminates the cost of display fixtures, retail space, sales people, large inventories, "dead" stock, etc.. Instead we offer you excellent prices on the products you know you want to purchase. It's that simple.

Maybe we should get him to do a mass Krinker Plinker kit import... I only get 30 pm's a day asking how to get one :D

what's the Calcium Carbide used for?

Used mostly by bullseye shooters to darken the front sight.

---back to topic---

It's nice to see them working with common folk.

Now if they could import brass ($8 ) and bullets ($7) for the 14.5mm Russian, they would get some business... Justa thought..

Gentlemen... thank you for the Welcome messages.

Just to let you know, I'm working on the Klinker Plinker kits... they are revising the product right now and expect to begin shipping the new versions in November. I've communicated with Greentips. As soon as I have firm pricing info I will post a Group Buy message in the Dealer Forum.

We're not intending to be a "retailer" in the normal sense of the word. To be honest our main business is supplying law enforcement, but we do offer our services to the civilian market.

With few exceptions we don't buy, stock and sell stuff... but we do handle import / export paperwork so if you see a gun in the US you like, you can buy it and we'll arrange the US Export / Canadian Import for you. That applies to parts as well but the cost becomes a factor, especially for small parts.

Our US partner is an FFL dealer with a storefront... I can put you in touch with him and in most cases he can get you excellent pricing on almost everything that's out there. You then pay the fee to have it exported from the US and imported to Canada. We handle the international transport ourselves which cuts down on transport costs, restrictions and customs brokerage costs (we do that ourselves too). That's how we can offer a low flat fee for this all-inclusive service.

If you have further questions please e-mail me.

The "catch" if there is one... is that you have to be willing to wait.

If you can be patient and wait for the paperwork process then you can save yourself money... if you want it NOW from stock then you deal with a stocking dealer/distributor.

Mostly we're trying to fill that niche market... the person who wants to buy a collectible firearm off a US auction site but can't get anyone to handle the import / export for them... or the person who needs a specific part and can't seem to get it anywhere except the US but no-one down there wants to deal with export regulations. We now offer that service :)

Richard , Canadian gun prices are not the same as U.S + exchange . Glock 17's up here are 849.00 (cheapest i've seen) to 950.00 + . In fact the only store i've seen mentioning lowering prices because of the stronger Cdn dollar was Wild West Shooting Centre , they went down to 849.00 on Glock 17's . Our dollar has gotten stronger the last year or so , but i haven't seen too many shops offer a lower price due to our dollar . I've seen Glock 17's for 400.00 in the states .

depends on place/country of mfg of the gun in question, if its made in the USA, its something like 0% or close to it .. remaining is gst/pst
