Ok so I have seen a few 3 gun shooters overcome injuries.

In particular members of the US Army and Marine teams who shoot 3 gun with 1 or even 2 missing legs

BUT!

Was a guy in NS used to shoot IPSC, not sure if he still does. He only had 1 leg and 1 arm. Lost them due to uranium poison in the 90's

If you did not shoot IPSC I might have believed you.

Once you try REAL 3 Gun and by that I mean 3 gun in the USA you would change your mind.

I've done "real three gun" does nothing for me. Nothing at all. I also find it boring to watch, especially shotgun, but rifle too. The handgun stuff is ok, but I still prefer IPSC for that.
Maybe something will happen to make me like it, but I doubt it.
