WOW! Nordic Marksman Customer Service is Top Notch

I just wanted to let the canadiangunnutz community know about the stellar customer service experience I had with Nordic Marksman. I placed an order and, when UPS picked it up from the vendor, UPS failed to scan it and it got lost in the system. I sent Nordic Marksman an email asking for help and Cathy from Nordic Marksman responded almost immediately, went the extra mile to help resolve the issue, and, when the order was untraceable through UPS, she simply (and immediately!) reshipped the order at Nordic Marksman's expense. This is simply the best customer service one could reasonably expect from a retailer. Do yourselves a favour. When shopping for firearms and firearms-related products, let Nordic Marksman be your first stop. Retailers that take such good care of their customers are very few and far between. (FYI, HUGE selection of Possum Hollow bore guides (best bore guides on the market) at very competitive prices).

Nordic Marksmen are top notch to deal with. I went out to the store on Saturday December 27 to buy a Spuhr mount and do to traffic got there 5 minutes to closing. They reopened no problem and we did the sale. Then the owner Brad to his time for half an hour to show me some Anschutz rifles and discuss them with me. These guys are awesome!!
Got home and realized I purchased the wrong mount. Completely my fault I asked for the wrong one. Went out on Sunday the 28 and absolutely zero hassle to do a return even though my fault.
Do yourselves a favour and deal with Nordic Marksmen!! You won't be disappointed
 
I concur, top notch service.
A few years ago I bought an Anschutz and asked a few questions via email. I even got a call telling me which ammo this gun likes most in what distance, I was pleasantly surprised
