Hope it shoots as good as it looks. This is a ###y beast. A little greasy but you get the picture. Unsure if the Green/Red fiber optics are a mistake or not (thought it would be Red on Red), but I think it's perfect.

Sweet shotgun, first time I saw it was on Mr. and Mrs Smith.

Can always change the FO pipes later if you don't like it.

Probably won't change anything, it's sweet as it is. Super smooth action. Blown away by this specimen, expected it to be really nice but it's exceeded my expectations. Going to the range in a couple hours and will see if she passes the test.

Fabarm makes a sweet pump action shotgun for sure. You won't be disappointed. The FO sights are actually very good with that color combo... takes a little getting used to, but very effective.

My Pistola with straight stock is my bear/wilderness gun and I LOVE it.

That was a great price, good for you. Nice looking shotgun. I have to say I'm pretty impressed with alot of prices from Canadian vendors lately.

Wow is right!!! And yes, the Red/Green fibre optic sights are correct. My Martial Pistola has the same and I love em! Congratulations on your beautiful new scattergun! Have fun!

The fore-grip marked up the receiver on the Fabarm pump I owned. I looked everywhere for a shorter grip (ala Mossberg corn-cob) but to no avail. Other than that they are great pumps!

Very nice! What impresses me most about the Fabarm is the receiver. Looks finely crafted.
As a whole, it looks like and employs a lot of my old Hatsan MPs features and designs. Just not as refined and higher quality. Same long, short stroke forend, same top rail and fiber optic sights. Same stock and and grip style.

I actually read that the the Italians assisted in Hatsans launch of their tactical line early on to strategically implement a lower cost version of their higher end units. That way it creates a clear line in the sand between the two before another company tried to do the same. Not sure if its true, but its something I read a while ago.
Hope it serves you well. Haven't heard of any complaints in the in term.

Like the gun, but the first thing I would do is rip off that stupid heat shield, personally I think all heat shields look chintzy, but that's just me

I would agree... how many times have you burned yourself on a shotgun barrel? Zero? Do I hear Zero? :) Added weight and no useful purpose in my opinion.

Is the SDASS the 18" model? What makes this different than the Martial Pro Forces? Unless Fabarm just changed the branding and naming convention...

I see what you are saying, I did burn myself on my VZ58 barrel before, but not on a shotgun. As for the naming, I was confused too. I guess it's a higher end model in the Martial series? It's listed as a 14" Martial Pro Forces. Anyway, I'm not complaining as it's friggin' gorgeous.

^ Unsure if the brake serves much of a purpose but it looks badass. Going to buy one and maybe a couple chokes.

I bought one two years ago and to be honest did not really like it. Found my 870 was way smoother and just easier to work with, but they sure are nice looking. I really wanted to like it but just kept going back to the 870 or Mossberg. Lets us know what you think after a few hundred rounds!
