I have to give two thumbs up to TNA.
Placed a small order with them. When I received it, there was an extra something in the box:
A pre written letter to my local MP, stating my opposition to the OIC, in an envelope addressed to my MP (no postage required).
All I had to do, after reading it, was seal the envelope and pop it in the mail.
Excellent idea!!
Would be nice to see more businesses adopt this practice.

And on a side note - if you do not feel comfortable sending the letter, then you don’t have to. It is totally the customers choice.

I was very pleased to see the efforts by TNA with my past order. As far as I know, they may be the most effected business in the industry, so good for them to make things better.
