Ok so I just scored a 8lb keg of IMR4350 from WSS. 36$ shipping from Calgary to BC.

Called to confirm. The lady on the phone said thy have a contract with Canpar and they don't charge extra for dangerous goods.

Score because cabelas wanted 182$ to ship
