What exactly does your Para do? My Para now eats anything that I feed it. It wasn't always that way. It would even jamb on factory 230 gr ball. Take a close look at the slide lock, the part that contacts the mag when the mag is empty. I found on mine that the bottom was sharp enough that it would snag the bullet. It would even snag a factory copper clad round nose 230 gr bullet. I touched it up a bit with a file and now that part is solved. Just a bit at a time and test fire it. Also, if you are handloading, check your crimp. If it isn't proper, you will have feeding problems. Some folk go with the "factory crimp" die. Check the over all length of the bullet, it really needs to be close to book values. I use the info in the Lee book and it works well for me. I use Titegroup and it seems to work well.
