You could ask Bulls Eye London if they can get it in, I recently sent them an email about another hard to find caliber and it turned out that they could get it for me. You could do the same with SFRC if Bulls Eye doesn't have it.

X-Reload has brass and dies to reload it but they are expensive. Would solve your ammo problem though.
