Basically the owner of shooting edge was jealous that shooting center was now importing the Swiss arms guns, so he asked the RCMP to look into them and they ended up deciding they were all prohibited.

He's a big douche. Worse in person, but the fact that he did that means he'll never see a dollar if mine again.

Hence why I make a point, every time I meet a shooter and shooting edge come up, and most every time they're mentioned on here as a source for something, to bring this up.

At the range on Tuesday, there was a guy who had no idea about what all happened, like at all. I explained it to him and he certainly wasn't impressed. I think I created a new soldier in the scorn heaping battle lol

The CSA 858 betrayal was not done by the TSE, it was due to a complaint from a firearms Distributor-Importer who handles a competitive product.

The 858 was made by CZ not CSA who make the VZ58 with newly manufactured receivers and Walther barrels. However the VZ58 was originally made by CZ who used left over parts and new barrels to produce the CZ858, they however sold the intellectual property rites to VZ58 and VZ61 to D-Technik in 2006 which eventually became CSA.
